Who is Chacho?  Well the name is a nickname for my youngest son and came about when he was 7 or 8 years old.  I said hurry up muchacho and he quickly answered back "who is Chacho".  Ever since that day he has been known as Chacho.  That is the story behind the name now let me share the story behind the concept.

We have opened and operated restaurants in Mcallen and Corpus since 2009 and have had many concepts including a fine dining Mexican and breakfast and lunch diner concept in Corpus Christi.  Chachos began as a ghost kitchen during covid out of Malfitany Pasta Company to try and generate more revenue to keep our staff employed.  The food was amazing and the concept was a success, but Pasta Company began to pick up again and we were too busy to operate two kitchens out of one. So, we had to retire Chachos for the time being.

After a long wait Chachos is back and the concept is better than ever.  We will feature a breakfast and lunch buffet 6 days a week.  We look forward to continuing to serve the Rio Grande Valley with this exciting new concept for years to come.
